Dean joined Majesco as Chief Service Officer in 2025, bringing extensive experience leading Professional Services and Operations across global organizations within messaging, telecom, and enterprise software sectors.

With a deep background in professional services, Dean is a seasoned leader known for driving transformative turnarounds, post-acquisition integrations, and sustained margin expansion while delivering exceptional customer value in complex, high-growth environments.

Prior to Majesco, Dean served as Chief Operating Officer of Openwave Messaging, where he led major integration efforts at the company. Experienced in delivering industry-leading professional services results, he consistently scaled global teams, strengthened financial performance, and elevated customer satisfaction through disciplined program delivery, operational excellence, and strategic customer alignment.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
