Adam Elster

Chief Executive Officer

Adam joined Majesco as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Prior to joining the company, Adam served as President of Global Field Operations and member of the Executive Leadership team at CA Technologies, a $4.5B Fortune 500 organization and business partner to the world’s largest companies. There he led high-performing teams who helped businesses grow across emerging markets and supported many of the world’s most powerful enterprise organizations through their digital transformation journey by helping them become more agile, more secure, and more capable of solving critical challenges and delivering innovation to adapt to changing market demands.

Under his direction, CA evolved from legacy software vendor to digital transformation leader across DevOps, API Management, Security and Agile Management. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Sciences in Management and Information Systems from New York University. Adam currently sits on the Board at Optanix, an IT Service Management company, and at PENCIL.org, a non-profit that connects businesses with schools to provide advancement opportunities for students in underserved communities.

Alicia Kilburn

Chief Human Resources Officer

Alicia joined Majesco in June 2021 and is currently the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for the full scope of human capital disciplines for Majesco’s worldwide workforce and for transforming the company’s strategy for discovering, attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent.

Alicia previously worked at Jabil, where she led Learning and Development for Jabil’s largest manufacturing segment in addition to a leadership position for Jabil’s corporate functions. Prior to that, she spent her career with CA Technologies where she held an array of HR positions and was responsible for creating and executing holistic talent strategies that enabled positive business outcomes.

Alicia hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Dean Bogarde

Chief Services Officer

Dean joined Majesco as Chief Service Officer in 2025, bringing extensive experience leading Professional Services and Operations across global organizations within messaging, telecom, and enterprise software sectors.

With a deep background in professional services, Dean is a seasoned leader known for driving transformative turnarounds, post-acquisition integrations, and sustained margin expansion while delivering exceptional customer value in complex, high-growth environments.

Prior to Majesco, Dean served as Chief Operating Officer of Openwave Messaging, where he led major integration efforts at the company. Experienced in delivering industry-leading professional services results, he consistently scaled global teams, strengthened financial performance, and elevated customer satisfaction through disciplined program delivery, operational excellence, and strategic customer alignment.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Denise Garth

Chief Strategy Officer

Denise Garth is Chief Strategy Officer responsible for leading marketing, industry relations and innovation in support of Majesco’s client centric strategy, working closely with Majesco customers, partners and the industry.

She is a recognized Top 50 InsurTech Influencer and industry leader with both P&C and L&A insurance experience as a CIO and business executive with deep international ties in Asia and Europe through her ACORD leadership role. Denise is an acknowledged strategic thinker, innovation leader, international speaker, and author of thought leadership and articles regarding the key issues and opportunities facing the industry today to prepare for the future.

Prior to joining Majesco, Denise held business and technology senior executive roles with leading insurance companies, including Mutual of Omaha, CUNA Mutual and Century Cos. of America. At ACORD, she was vice president, standards and membership driving ACORD’s international expansion and market presence. While at Innovation Group, she was EVP, strategic marketing and global head of market strategy where she re-established the company’s position through market-driven strategy and solutions. Most recently she was Partner and Chief Digital Officer with Strategy Meets Action, leading the Innovation Practice evaluating emerging technologies, outside industry trends, and innovation and their implications and opportunities for the industry.

Denise is a Cum Laude graduate, with a BS in Math and Computer Science from Central College in Iowa, MBA work at the University of Northern Iowa and attended various executive leadership programs.

Ed Ossie

Chief Operating Officer

Ed Ossie serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Majesco since January 2015. In this role he is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, key operational initiatives and corporate development.

Ed has over 25 years of international experience serving high-growth technology companies, spending the last 20 years in chief operating and chief executive roles. Prior to joining Majesco, Ed was Vice President and Director at Corum Group, a Global M&A Advisory firm focused on the Technology segment. In this role he advised a number of high-growth technology teams on how they might win, shape and scale their operations to create impact and options for their future.

During this same time, he also served on the Majesco Executive Advisory Board.

Before Corum Group, Ed served in a variety of roles at Innovation Group PLC from 2001-2010 such as Group President, Chief Operating Officer Technology and Executive Director. Prior to 2001, along with his investment partner the Halifax Capital Group he led the sale of MTW Corporation to Innovation Group as MTW CEO. Earlier in his career he spent several years at Texas Instruments and was Division Manager and Vice President for the Software Group, which grew from start-up to 1300 people in 5 years.

Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and attended select Executive Programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business, such as the Executive Program for Growing Companies and the 2011 Directors Consortium.

Joe Aho

Chief Financial Officer

Joe joined the Majesco Leadership Team in October 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he leads Majesco’s global finance and operations organizations where he’s responsible for solidifying the company’s ability to capitalize on the growing demand for software solutions that deliver digital transformation at speed and scale.

Prior to joining Majesco, Joe held several positions in the Sales Operations and Finance areas at Compuware, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. In 2014, Joe played an integral role in the sale of Compuware to Thoma Bravo. Under the ownership of Thoma Bravo, Compuware went through a very successful transformation. Joe was key to this transformation resulting in a declining company becoming a growing company while also successfully integrating several acquisitions.

Joe is known as a seasoned finance expert who brings extensive experience and a proven track record in driving growth for enterprise software companies. Joe holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a BA in Economics from The University of Michigan Dearborn.

Keith Palmieri

Chief Revenue Officer

Keith joined Majesco’s Executive Team in April 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing extensive experience in software sales and leading go-to-market organizations focusing on customer satisfaction, delivering value, and building great teams. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, Keith recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Solifi, where he successfully implemented top-tier sales, business development, and market strategies.

A dynamic and results-driven leader, Keith excels in driving transformational growth, championing innovation, passionately advocating for customers, and creating lasting value for stakeholders. He has a deep understanding of SaaS operations, global go-to-market strategies, and revenue optimization. His strategic focus has led to significant achievements, including revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and shareholder value creation through customer acquisition, cross-selling, whitespace expansion, and client retention.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.

Lori Stanley

Chief General Counsel

Lori Stanley is Chief General Counsel at Majesco, where she has global responsibility for the Majesco U.S. and its global subsidiaries. Prior to 2019, Lori served as General Counsel, North America at Majesco and Corporate Secretary, and as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Majesco U.S. Before joining Majesco U.S., Ms. Stanley was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of enherent Corp. (“enherent”), following enherent’s acquisition by merger of Dynax Solutions, Inc. At Dynax, she was General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary, and served as a member of the board of directors. Earlier roles included General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for The A Consulting Team, Inc. (now known as Helios & Matheson Analytics, Inc.), Vice President of Legal Operations and Human Resources for The Netplex Group, Incl, and General Counsel of the Solutions Division of Computer Horizons Corp.

She has a B.S. from St. John’s University and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.

Manish Shah

President and Chief Product Officer

Manish Shah is President Chief Product Officer at Majesco. In this role, he is responsible for management and development of innovative software products for the global insurance business and works on strategic directions for the company as a member of leadership team.

Prior to the merger of Cover-All and Majesco, Manish was President and CEO of Cover-All and served on its Board of Directors. Before being named CEO in July 2013, Manish was Cover-All’s Chief Technology Officer and also responsible for sales and operations, including strategic planning, customer relationships and product management.

Prior to joining Cover-All, Manish held several technology management positions independently and with Tata Consultancy Services for over a decade, serving a wide variety of industries including P/C Insurance. He was responsible for business development, product management, project management and solution consulting to various enterprises including many Fortune 500 companies.

Manish earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from MS University of Baroda, India.

Manoj Palakkal

Chief Customer Officer

Manoj joins Majesco as the company’s Senior Vice President of Global Technical Support responsible for leading the customer success and support organization. Prior to Majesco, Manoj worked at Citrix, where he spent the last 12 year building their Global Support, TAM, and Customer Success organizations. His diverse experience comes from years of leading support teams with several major software companies including EMC, Adobe, and Veritas.

With a robust background in the computer software industry, Manoj is a seasoned leader renowned for driving success through strategic vision and meticulous execution. He brings unparalleled expertise in developing comprehensive support readiness and delivery strategies in collaboration with executive management business stakeholders.

Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University.

AJ Rohde

Director

A.J. Rohde is a Partner at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm 2010, and is responsible for managing the firm’s Discover funds, which focus on investing in mid-sized and smaller software and technology companies. Previously he worked in investment banking at Saban Capital Group and Jefferies & Company, and he also worked for Ford Motor Company. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Marin General Hospital Foundation. A.J. earned his MBA from University of Chicago and his BA degree in Economics from Villanova University.

Bill McKinzie

Chairman

G. William (Bill) McKinzie is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. Bill is the former President & CEO of Manatron Inc., which was a Thoma Bravo portfolio company during his tenure in that position and subsequently was sold to Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI), a global information services company. He joined Manatron Inc. in 2002 and focused on improvements in product management, including marketing, support, pricing and strategy, which played an important role in Manatron becoming a leading provider of integrated, enterprise-level property tax solutions for state and local governments. Prior to joining Manatron, Bill was Vice President of Information Services for Kellogg Company’s International operations, based in Battle Creek, Michigan, and, before that, Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Kellogg’s European operations based in the United Kingdom and its Latin American operations based in Mexico. Bill has a MBA degree in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bowling Green State University.

Joe Grady is a Vice President on the Discover team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2020. Prior to Thoma Bravo, he worked in Chicago as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials group at Credit Suisse. Joe earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Chief Executive at Motus

Tom Clark

Director

Tom Clark is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. He has more than 20 years of experience as a financial and operating executive across a variety of industries. Tom is recognized consistently by all levels of the organization as a goal-oriented leader with a proven ability to influence corporate results by instilling accountability and providing strategic, operational and financial insight. Before becoming an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo, he was CFO of IDaptive, LLC (a Thoma Bravo portfolio company), Ayla Networks Inc., Openwave Messaging, Inc. and CollabNet, Inc. Additionally, Tom was an Operating Director for Marlin Equity Partners, where he provided financial diligence expertise for enterprise software acquisitions and provided financial and operational guidance to Marlin owned companies. Tom has extensive experience with buy-side, sell-side, carve-outs, and distressed situations. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and earned his BS degree from Saint Mary’s College of California.
