The Frontier Firm Era and Immersive Intelligence Is Here!

Majesco’s Fall ’26 Product Release Accelerates the Journey to a Frontier Firm

We are standing at the edge of a new frontier for insurance and retirement. We are entering a new era – one challenged with economic volatility, increased risks, rapid emergence and adoption of new technology and AI, a growing protection gap, and rising customer expectations. These challenges are redefining business value, convenience, and trust.

This new era is where the foundational logic of the insurance and retirement industries are being rewritten. The traditional operating model, a testament to stability and structured process, is no longer sufficient to navigate the accelerating complexities of risk in a digital-first world.

The challenge – and the immense opportunity – is not merely to automate legacy processes and bolt-on AI, but to infuse them with a modern core and intelligence, transforming the very foundation of how value is created and delivered. This is the Frontier Firm.

The Frontier Firm operating model reimagines the organization and workflows, not as a collection of siloed functions, but as a dynamic, interconnected system powered by AI.  It moves beyond simple automation to embrace autonomy, structuring work around three pillars: intelligence on tap, human-agent hybrid teams, and agent bosses – human led to achieve unprecedented agility and value creation faster than traditional companies.

Majesco’s Fall ’26 product release delivers governed AI for all three pillars, providing the only core solution that delivers the foundation to enable the Frontier Firm and create real business value. It delivers intelligence into the flow of work. It redefines the user experience with immersive AI that enables employees and AI agents a shared way to collaborate inside that work.

This release strengthens our AI Framework that will allow customers to build agents, which is table stake today. The Fall ’26 release goes well beyond the framework to have AI do the actual insurance work in the flow, governed, on day one, and when an experience that is a new level. The groundbreaking Immersive AI will help organizations address talent capacity gaps, scale operations, make better decisions, and improve business metrics and performance.

This is real business value. This is where the promise of AI becomes reality.

From insight to action

Fall ’26 release delivers more than 700 new capabilities and enhancements across the core platforms. Most importantly, it gives customers a practical way to move from individual AI use cases that never move beyond pilot, to a more scalable way of bring AI to the business.

The release goes well beyond the AI Framework to the insurance process itself. It redesigns the work, the assembly of data and actions into a governed insurance workflow. This is the hard work that no other core solution is delivering.

This release is about real insurance work. Real business value delivered.

It extends intelligence across our core platforms that our customers rely on every day.

Generative AI surfaces insight. Copilot answers, summarizes, drafts and takes simple user-directed actions in the flow of work.

Agentic AI orchestrates work. Ready-to-use workflows carry multi-step work to governed outcomes, under the user’s permissions and send exceptions to the right person with the relevant context.

Immersive AI gives users a new way to collaborate with AI agents. Users and agents work the same process together; capabilities gather, assess and prepare, the user decides with the governance needed for production use.

Expanded AI Framework

We deliver a consistent, expanded AI Framework across all our core platforms for P&C, LA&H and Retirement & Pension that runs Majesco’s ready-to-use agents is now open for customers to configure, extend and build, ensuring governance and trust.

  • Agent Studio – Low-code builder to configure and deploy agents against Majesco insurance context.
  • Agent & Tool Registry – Central, versioned inventory of every agent and tool, enabled per product and tenant.
  • Framework & API’s – Config-driven agents in a Python framework, executed and exposed via REST and MCP.
  • Model Catalog – Select the model per agent and per step, by cost, latency and data residency.
  • Agent Console SDK – Embed the Copilot and Immersive experience into any application via a versioned SDK.
  • MCP Gateway – Governed tool backbone with allowlist, RBAC, audit, quota and kill-switch.
  • Telemetry & Metering – Reasoning steps, tool calls and model calls are logged; AI consumption is metered by capability, user and operation with cost tracking.
  • Identify & Entitlement – Agents act under the user’s permissions. RBAC enforced at the gateway and tool layer; short-lived tokens, not standing keys.
  • Approval (human in the loop) – High-consequence steps pause for explicit human review and approval before any write reaches a system of record.
  • Attribution & Audit – Every decision is traceable to model and agent version, inputs consumed, output produced, and whether the human accepted, modified or overrode it.

P&C: Better decisions from quote to claim

In P&C, underwriters and operations teams today often move between screens, documents, and other resources to understand what changed and what needs to happen next. Quote decisions and bind-readiness work can require repeated searching, data entry, and context switching, even when the information already exists in the core.

Fall ’26 release brings all of it – policy, billing, claims, loss control, product setup, rating, and quoting – into a more connected experience, breaking down the silos. Underwriters can work through quote creation and issuance with lifecycle context, documents, notes, emails, tasks, search, and relevant risk signals available in one place.

Five new machine learning models elevate and extend that experience. Predictive scores, classifications, document and data extraction, risk intelligence, expected-loss comparisons, pricing insight, and bind-likelihood signals help underwriters see what matters sooner. The underlying data stays visible, so recommendations support professional judgment rather than replace it.

The same approach extends into claims operations, with richer claim files and notes, CCC content in context, OFAC recipient screening, and workbench improvements. People spend less time assembling information and more time on the analysis, decisions and conversations that need their experience and empathy.

LA&H: Put expertise where it matters

In LA&H high-keystroke work and disconnected processes often slow group setup and claims intake. Bad inputs create rework before quotes. Manual triage contributes to delays, while renewal and plan decisions often lack the information needed to identify the best path.

Fall ’26 release puts an agent workforce behind the human experts. Agents can process documents and email, reconcile information, triage and route work, and complete straight-through processing when confidence is high. When a person needs to step in, the work comes back with its source rationale and decision context. Majesco Copilot helps the user review the result without leaving the workflow.

Six machine learning models elevate and extend that support across the journey: Census Scrubber, Plan Recommender, Renewals, Claims Triage & NIGO, STP Eligibility & Routing, and Benefit & Payment Risk. They help keep bad census data out of quotes, identify better-fit plans, catch not-in-good-order claims earlier, and flag payment risk while there’s still time to act.

The new Intelligent Underwriting Workbench gives group and voluntary-benefits underwriters one view of case data, documents, automated risk scores, and underwriting signals. That means less time gathering information and more time analyzing risk, communicating decisions, and handling exceptions.

Retirement & Pension: Make answers easier to find

In Retirement & Pension, the information needed to answer a member or employer question may already exist in the system. Reaching a complete answer can still require moving between member records, payments, workflow queues, plan associations, and correspondence history.

Fall ’26 release puts that information closer to the work with the introduction of intelligence into the platform for the first time – providing the first AI embedded solution to the market. Native dashboards show employer reporting, member service activity, and workflow performance without a separate business intelligence tool or report request. Majesco Copilot answers plain-language questions using member and employer context, including records, statuses, transactions, plan associations, and correspondence.

It strengthens the administrative foundation beneath those experiences. Plan-aware pension summaries and standardized FAE/FAS calculations support more reliable benefit information. 2026 IRIS-ready tax reporting supports repeatable compliance operations. Configurable employer reporting and membership capabilities can help funds onboard employers and members with less manual effort. Broader benefits and payments capabilities support complex retirement scenarios with greater consistency and flexibility.

This release begins to bring more out-of-the-box capabilities, product-conformant configuration, migration-aware controls, and a faster upgrade path to help reduce customization, implementation friction, and operational disruption. Fund teams get faster access to answers, while members and employers get clearer, more timely service.

A more useful way to work

Fall ’26 Product Release is about more than adding AI features.  More than adding new capabilities and enhancements.

For an industry like insurance – data-intensive, regulated, highly competitive and often challenged financially – the stakes and opportunities are high, but the potential business value and outcomes are even greater.

AI is the innovation catalyst needed to help insurers stay ahead of market trends and technological shifts, allowing them to rethink the business model for a new era.

This release provides an intelligent core platform as the foundation for insurance and retirement companies to accelerate a company’s journey to a Frontier Firm. It changes where intelligence sits and how people use it.

Consider this near-universal consensus: 82% of insurance leaders believe AI will define the future of insurance. Yet only 14% have fully integrated AI into their operations. That gap, between belief and action, is what Majesco is helping to close for both insurance and retirement & pension.

AI is a strategic catalyst with the potential to improve everything from risk modeling to underwriting, servicing, billing and claims.  It will provide a stronger foundation for growth and innovation. It will redefine the operating model of companies. It will redefine the financial metrics of their success.
