As VP of Product Management, Wil currently leads the product strategy for Majesco’s Distribution & Compensation Management offering. Wil has spent the last three decades in the Financial Sector holding various technology leadership roles, with the last two decades spent with tier 1 Insurance carriers such as MetLife and AIG. He has led transformative strategies on a global scale that focused on people, process, culture, and technology enablement. One of Wil’s recent successes was the development of an award-winning technology platform (Business Insurance Innovation Awards) that delivered a suite of industry-leading risk management tools for multinational business.
