One in three think UK insurers fail on service

Findings from Majesco’s Research published in Reactions

The UK insurance sector needs a wakeup call in personal lines, as one in three respondents to a study by Majesco think insurers are failing on expected service levels.

The 2015 Majesco Research Report suggests even the highest customer satisfaction score (69%) achieved by motor insurers falls short of those in other sectors, such as Amazon (87%) or even rail travellers (83%).
