MajescoMastek inducts Anil Singhvi into Board of Directors

Mumbai, India – 23 April 2010: MajescoMastek, a high-end IT solutions player with global operations providing new technology and IP-led enterprise solutions with a focus on the Insurance and Government verticals worldwide, has added a new member to its Board of Directors with the induction of Mr. Anil Singhvi as an Additional Director with effect from 23 April 2010.

Mr. Singhvi will serve as an Additional Director of the Board till the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company when his appointment as a Non–Executive Director will be placed for the approval of the Members of the Company at that AGM.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Singhvi is widely recognized as an accomplished business leader. He is currently Advisor to the Reliance ADA Group (RADAG) for setting up its Cement and Shipping business. Prior to joining RADAG, Mr. Singhvi was the Managing Director of Ambuja Cements Ltd where he played a key role in its rapid growth, contributing tremendously to the company’s emergence as the industry leader. Mr. Singhvi also serves on the Boards of multiple companies and organisations, including Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL), Camlin Ltd, and Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd.

With Mr. Singhvi joining the MajescoMastek Board, it will now have 8 members (4 independent directors and 4 founder directors) comprising of eminent professionals who bring to the company extensive experience in establishing and leading diverse businesses.
