Exaxe appoints Head of Proposition Delivery

NEWS RELEASE
DUBLIN, IRELAND

Exaxe, a specialist software solution provider for the life, pensions, health, wealth and general insurance industries, announced today the appointment of John Keegan as head of proposition delivery.

“John joins us having spent over 6 years with IFDS. In the last four years he has been managing project delivery teams within the retirement and insurance solutions division and working closely with customers. Prior to this, John worked as the Head of Finance in the outsource administration department of IFDS, and before that in various roles in Canada Life and AIG in the operational areas associated with finance, investment and actuarial activities,” Philip Naughton, executive business development director at Exaxe, confirmed.

John, who is a qualified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a MSc in Information Technology from DCU, will be tasked with improving the quality of project delivery through the start-up phase and initial requirements gathering. “By adding further business expertise to the initial implementation phase of a project, the customer can benefit from a more aligned business solution delivery. At the same time, Exaxe can ensure that configuration work for new customers is minimised and new releases optimise the use of the features within the solutions.” John Keegan stated.

Philip Naughton commented:
“John has extensive experience in the operational areas of life insurance companies which will greatly assist the design and implementation of Exaxe solutions to our customers. John will work closely with our business development and project delivery teams to ensure our customers are reaping the maximum benefits from our solutions. We are confident that John will be a great addition to the team and look forward to working with him.”

John Keegan commented:
“I am thrilled to be joining a thriving Irish owned business like Exaxe, and to have the opportunity to work with their growing network of customers. I also look forward to working with their team in a fast paced and innovative environment”.
