Leadership Profiles

Billy McCarter has overall responsibility for MajescoMastek's North American business. He was previously EVP and COO of ePolicy Solutions in Torrance, CA. until ePolicy was acquired by Insurity Inc in June of 2006.

Prior to ePolicy, McCarter was SVP and Regional CIO of the Allianz Group in North America, and also served as the CIO for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in Novato, CA. McCarter has also held key financial technology roles at Banc One and PNC Bank.

McCarter holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Sullivan University, Louisville, KY. and has completed his MBA with a concentration in Information Systems in September. He also has attended executive training at The Wharton Business School; Darden Graduate School; and Columbia University.

McCarter has been recognized by the insurance industry as being among the Elite Eight CIOs in Property and Casualty Insurance and was past Chairman of LOMA's (Life Office Management Association) P&C Technology Committee.

Ketan Mehta, co-founder of Mastek, is responsible for acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures.

Mr. Mehta is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad (IIM-A ranks among the Top 5 management institutes in India).

Sudhakar Ram is responsible for consolidating growth in markets across the globe.

Mr. Ram leads several initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development. His mission is to bring about a marked shift in leadership, commitment, creativity and culture to increase delivery of value to customers.

Mr. Ram is a silver medalist from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta,  which ranks among the top 5 management institutes in India. Before joining Mastek, he was the CIO of Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicam.

Pradeep is responsible for managing and growing MajescoMastek's relationship with one of our larger North American clients. He also handles business development in the New England region.

Pradeep has a 25-year track record in the IT outsourcing industry, and has spent the past 17 years in executive/senior management positions. His experience spans the verticals of financial services, insurance, manufacturing and state and local governments.

Pradeep has a BTech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, India.

Sundar is a co-founder of Mastek and has been the CEO of MajescoMastek. In 1999, he set up VARStreet.com, a B-to-B internet service promoted jointly by Mastek and K.B. Chandrasekhar of Exodus Communications.

Sundar is the CEO of VARStreet.com and a member on the Boards of Mastek and MajescoMastek.

Harold's entrepreneurial spirit encouraged him to found Vector in 1992. Today Harold says his most satisfying accomplishment at Vector was signing the first policy administrator contract, in 2005, because "It confirmed the transformation of VectorMastek's business model, from a software licensor to provider of complete processing solutions."

Anil is one of the principal architects of the STG suite and has more than 16 years of IT experience. In addition to overall management of MajescoMastek’s (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.) P&C Insurance Division, he is responsible for R&D, as well as technology planning and standards - combining technical and domain expertise with sharp diagnostic skills to maximize the efficiency of all customer implementations. Since the first cut of STG more than 12 years ago, Anil has kept the system in-step with technological innovations - from the open-systems-based and relational-database-driven (Oracle) to our current Web-based offerings.
